Past Participants
The second cohort of the ART-GC was able to take advantage of adjustments made from feedback after the first year of the program. For example, each participant was provided an experienced career mentor to meet with regularly for career advice and support. Participants expanded their research and writing skills throughout the program and presented summaries of their impressive research projects to the entire consortium during an end of program celebration.
The inaugural cohort of the ART-GC program participated during the 2023–2024 academic year. Two individuals from each consortium site completed the course curriculum and conducted individual research projects. Throughout the program, participants fostered a dynamic and supportive learning environment, referring to their collaborative experience as a “mixed-generational mentorship circle”—a term they coined to reflect the richness of their cross-generational engagement.
