The CLEPGC (Career Ladder Education Program for Genetic Counselors), funded by a $9.7 million grant from The Warren Alpert Foundation, is a collaborative initiative led by Penn Medicine and four other top institutions. 

This program aims to provide advanced, continuing education for genetic counselors, equipping them with the latest skills in genomics and personalized medicine. By creating online CEU courses, certificate programs, and exploring doctoral pathways, CLEPGC empowers genetic counselors to stay at the forefront of genomic research and patient care.
