Nhi Ho is a genetic counselor from Houston, Texas. She earned her Master’s degree in Genetic Counseling from Baylor College of Medicine in 2023, after completing a Bachelor of Science and Arts in Biochemistry at the University of Texas. She currently works as a pediatric genetic counselor at Texas Children’s Hospital, where she combines clinical care with ongoing research.

In collaboration with Dr. Pengfei Liu, her current research focuses on characterizing 17q12 microdeletion syndrome using whole genome sequencing. This syndrome is associated with significant phenotypic variability and incomplete penetrance, posing challenges for clinical diagnosis and management.
