Kailyn Anderson is from Seattle, WA and currently works as a research genetic counselor at the University of Washington. Her current work focuses on increasing access to genetic testing and diagnosis in an equitable manner, and leveraging technology to thoughtfully scale access to genomic services. Kailyn earned her BA in Biology from the University of Delaware (2015) and her MS in Medical Genetics from the University of Cincinnati’s Genetic Counseling Program (2017). She previously held positions as a prenatal genetic counselor and as part of the patient education team at Myriad Genetics.
